AI isn’t going to run your agency. It’s going to hand you back your day.
01 · About
Insurance agencies run on trust, responsiveness, and thousands of small operational details: intake, renewals, follow-ups, carrier back-and-forth, document collection, billing questions, and client service.
Most agency teams carry that work manually because the available systems were not built around how the agency actually operates.
Gasha acquires durable, owner-operated insurance agencies and keeps what makes them work: the customers, the team, the local reputation, and the operating judgment built over years. Then we work with the team to understand the workflows and build practical software and AI systems around the business, not on top of it.
02 · Approach
A good buyer should bring more than capital. We want to preserve what already works, support the people who made the agency successful, and remove the repetitive work that slows the team down.
Our operating work starts by sitting with the team, mapping how work actually gets done, and finding the places where better systems can give time back.
01
We don't buy and disappear. After close, our work is inside the business: understanding the workflows, supporting the team, and building the tools that remove friction from the day-to-day.
02
We build internal systems around real agency workflows: inbox triage, renewal prep, document chasing, carrier portal work, CRM updates, billing follow-up, and reporting. The goal is simple: less repetitive admin, more time with clients.
03
Some work still needs human judgment. Where helpful, we add operating support that works with the existing team and process, not as a separate vendor layer. The goal is continuity, responsiveness, and better execution.
03 · Workflow Systems
Our systems are built where the work is real: inside operating businesses, with the people doing the work. Each one starts with a specific bottleneck, ships into production, and improves as the team uses it.

Classifies incoming email, routes requests, drafts responses, and flags the items that need producer or account manager attention.
Routine status requests, document chasers, billing questions, and client intake handled faster, with humans reviewing the moments that matter.
Pulls together the information teams need before renewals, client calls, or carrier submissions.
Less scrambling across inboxes, folders, AMS notes, and spreadsheets. More time for thoughtful client work.
